On behalf of everyone at Rodenhiser we share your concerns about the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and hope it is not bringing your family too much worry or hardship.
The health and safety of all customers and staff is our overwhelming priority, as you would expect.
As licensed trades, we are already used to having to focus on safety every day in our work, both for ourselves and our customers in their homes.
We have introduced further measures for our customers’ peace of mind, as well as to protect the health of our employees.
In normal circumstances we would warmly shake hands with customers, but you will understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance.
You can be reassured that our technicians have been trained to sanitize before arriving, during and after leaving your home. Mask availability will depend on them being available to purchase.
All work areas will be cleaned, and you will be shown the work areas so you have the choice to re-sanitize them yourself. Many services take place outdoors in any case.
None of our technicians have traveled internationally in the last 14 days. Like all workplaces, anyone unwell is told not to work.
If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we will adhere to them. It is your home and family, and we will act accordingly to reassure you.
If you have any questions at all, or anything we can do to reassure you, please call and ask us.
As a community there have been many challenges we’ve faced together during the many years Rodenhiser has been in business. This is another one, but it is one we will rise to. We appreciate our relationship, we are well-prepared to meet these challenges, and together we will be able to keep your home running while also putting health and safety at the forefront of everything we do.
