The Mass Save® Heat Loan Process With Rodenhiser

Your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist will provide all the supporting documentation to Mass Save® on your behalf

1. Schedule your Mass Save Home Energy Assessment

2. HEAT Loan Intake Form Submission

Once your home assessment is completed, the Mass Save® Energy Auditor will send you a Heat Loan Intake Form via email. You will need to forward that to your Rodenhiser HVAC specialist. Your HVAC Specialist will submit all documentation on your behalf.

3. HEAT Loan Authorization

Within approximately 7-10 days you should receive your Heat Loan Authorization Form from Mass Save® or your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist.

If you need to start your installation right away and cannot wait, please reach out to your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist for options.

The Heat Loan Authorization Form (HLAF) allows the bank to write you the 0% interest check for your Heat Loan. Your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist will email you directly with the form.

4. Get Your Mass Save® HEAT Loan

Forward your Heat Loan Authorization Form to a participating lender. The Mass Save® banks can be found here.

Should you need any recommended Mass Save® lenders, please ask your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist.

5. Schedule your Rodenhiser Installation

Upon approval for your Heat Loan, a closing date will be provided. Call your Rodenhiser Project Coordinator with your closing date to schedule your installation.

How long does it take to get my financing with Mass Save®?

The Mass Save® HEAT loan comes in the form of a physical check from a participating bank. It typically takes 4 weeks to receive your Mass Save® 0% interest check. There are plenty of options for immediate installation while still using the Mass Save® HEAT loan. If this is what you’re looking for just let your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist know and they can explain the options.

When can I schedule my installation?

There are many options for installing right away while still using the Mass Save® 0% interest loan. If you’d like to install right away, please call your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist and they can explain the different options. If you’re waiting for your Mass Save® HEAT loan to start the project, you can schedule your installation with our coordinators after you’ve received a closing date from your bank.

When will the Authorization Form arrive?

The Mass Save® Authorization Form typically arrives 7-10 days after your energy assessment. Your Rodenhiser HVAC Specialist will email you this form directly. You can forward this email to your bank or print and deliver it in person. This form authorizes the bank to close on the loan.

What do I need to do to get my rebates?

It is best to have us do the paperwork because we know how Mass Save® wants the paperwork done and it streamlines the process.

When will my rebates arrive?

It takes approximately 10-12 weeks to receive your rebate checks once Rodenhiser submits your paperwork.
