Service Warranties

Service Warranty pricing to the client (excluding water heaters) is calculated at $250 per year per option- up to 5 years
Water Heaters (regular and indirect) can be warrantied up to 10 years and the warranty pricing is $250 per year up to $1,250 for anything between 5 and 10 years.
Tankless and Heat Pump water heaters are billed at $250 per year up to 5 years.

Install Warranties

Install Warranty pricing is calculated at $250 per year per system (heating- air/heat pump only, a/c or a heat & a/c combo) up to 10 years from installation.
Boilers and near boiler piping can be warrantied for $300 per year for up to 5 years from installation.
Tankless Water Heaters can be warrantied up to 5 years and the warranty pricing is $250 per year from installation.
Warranties are honored only to the original homeowner unless the transfer fee ($25 transfer fee) has been paid.
