Apply Your Repair Bill On-Site: When our technician arrives for your consultation, simply provide them with your repair bill. We’ll apply the amount as a downpayment towards your new heating system installation quote—up to $550.

Program Conditions

Service Area: Homeowner must reside within the Rodenhiser Home Services' service area found here
Homeowner Requirement: Customer must be the homeowner to qualify.
Residential Systems Only: This offer applies to residential systems only.
Single Repair Bill: Only one repair bill can be applied per installation.
One Unit Per Home: Offer limit of one unit per home under this program.
Maximum Downpayment: The maximum downpayment applied is $550 for one repair bill.
System Installation: The downpayment must be applied towards the installation of a new heating system provided by Rodenhiser Home Services.
Exclusions: Not valid on preventative maintenance, repairs, or service agreements, nor on prior purchases. Current contracted jobs are excluded.
Discretion: Application of the program is within the sole discretion of Rodenhiser Home Services.
Down Payment: The downpayment amount will be deducted from the total price owed for the new system installation and will not be applied towards the initial deposit or any other payments.
