1. Sponsor
Rodenhiser Home Services, 325 Hopping Brook Rd, Holliston, MA 01746 ("Sponsor" or "Rodenhiser").
2. Sweepstakes Period
Rodenhiser's Heating Homes Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins November 1, 2026 and ends March 31, 2027 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). One winner will be selected each month for a total of five (5) winners, as described in Section 5.
3. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are homeowners within Rodenhiser Home Services' defined service area, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entrant must currently have, at their primary residence, a qualifying heating system as described in Section 4 (proof of system type required if selected, as described in Section 6).
- The entrant's existing heating system must be ten (10) years old or older at the time of entry and must be in working condition. Proof of system age and working condition is required if selected, as described in Section 6.
- The winner's residence must be a single-family residential home. Commercial properties and multi-unit residential properties (including but not limited to duplexes, triplexes, condominiums, and apartment buildings) are not eligible.
- Employees of Rodenhiser Home Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
- Limit one (1) entry per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
- Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter and Entry Groups
To enter, complete the official entry form on the Rodenhiser Home Services sweepstakes page and provide: full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, the type of heating system currently installed at the entrant's primary residence, and the approximate age of that system.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the final day of each month to be eligible for that month's drawing. Non-winning entries carry over as described below. Limit one (1) entry per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
At entry, each entrant is placed into an entry group based on their identified system type: Gas Boiler, Oil Boiler, or Gas Furnace. Every entrant, regardless of system type, is also automatically included in the Mini Split entry group described below.
- Oil Boiler entrants are eligible only for the November 2026 Oil Boiler drawing.
- Gas Boiler entrants are eligible only for the December 2026 Gas Boiler drawing.
- Gas Furnace entrants are eligible for both the January 2027 and February 2027 Gas Furnace drawings.
- The Gas Furnace prizes are limited to furnaces fueled by natural gas. Ducted heat pumps and furnaces fueled by oil or propane are not part of the Gas Furnace entry group, but remain eligible for the March 2027 Mini Split drawing.
- An entrant is not eligible for a system-specific drawing that occurs before their entry is received, nor for a drawing for a system type other than their own.
- Once the drawing(s) for an entrant's system type have occurred, that entrant is no longer eligible for any further system-specific prize, but remains eligible for the Mini Split drawing.
- All entrants, regardless of system type or entry date within the Sweepstakes Period, are automatically eligible for the March 2027 Mini Split drawing.

6. Winner Selection and Verification
- Each month, one eligible entry will be randomly selected by Rodenhiser Home Services from the pool of that month's matching entry group, in a drawing conducted at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of selection.
- Selected entrants must provide proof of their system type, system age, and working condition (a photograph, and/or in-home visual confirmation by a Rodenhiser technician) prior to installation scheduling. If a declared winner's system type does not match their entry group, or the existing system is less than ten (10) years old or is not in working condition, upon verification, they will be disqualified for that prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from the same eligible pool.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Rodenhiser Home Services retains sole and absolute discretion over the selection of winners.
7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
For each of the five (5) monthly drawings, one (1) prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) new heating or cooling system of the type specified for that month (Gas Boiler, Oil Boiler, Gas Furnace, or Mini Split), inclusive of standard installation as described in Section 8 ("Standard Installation Package").
The prizes and their Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") are as follows:

Total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period: $60,000. Prize value is limited to the amounts stated above; any cost beyond the stated amount is the winner's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The specific equipment model and manufacturer for each prize will be selected by Rodenhiser Home Services at its discretion, provided it is compatible with the winner's home.
8. Standard Installation Package
"Standard installation" means the installation services Rodenhiser Home Services customarily provides when replacing a like-for-like system under normal home conditions. It does not include the items listed as excluded below. If additional work is required for safe installation or code compliance beyond the Standard Installation Package described for each system type, Rodenhiser Home Services will provide an estimate; such work will be at the homeowner's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Gas Furnace
Included
Removal and disposal of the existing furnace; installation of a new standard-efficiency furnace, connected to the home's existing ductwork, gas line, venting, and electrical connections.
Not Included
Accessories not included with the selected furnace model (e.g., humidifiers, air purifiers, zoning systems); ductwork modifications, gas line resizing or rerouting, venting upgrades, or electrical panel upgrades required for code compliance or safe installation.
Gas Boiler
Included
Removal and disposal of the existing boiler; installation of the new boiler, connected to the home's existing hydronic piping, radiators or baseboard system, gas line, venting, and electrical connections.
Not Included
Accessories not included with the selected boiler model (e.g., indirect-fired water heaters, zone valves beyond the home's existing zoning, outdoor reset controls); piping modifications, venting or chimney upgrades, or electrical panel upgrades required for code compliance or safe installation.
Oil Boiler
Included
Removal and disposal of the existing boiler; installation of the new boiler as a standard single-zone system, connected to the home's existing hydronic piping for one (1) heating zone, existing oil tank, venting, and electrical connections.
Not Included
Multi-zone configurations, including additional zone valves, circulators, thermostats, controls, and related piping modifications beyond one (1) heating zone; indirect water heaters or any domestic hot water tank or connection; replacement of the existing oil tank, if the existing tank is incompatible or does not pass inspection; accessories not included with the selected boiler model; venting or chimney upgrades or electrical panel upgrades required for code compliance or safe installation.
Mini Split
Included
Installation of one (1) single-head ductless system (based on a standard 12,000 BTU system), consisting of one (1) indoor head unit and one (1) appropriately sized outdoor condenser; standard line set (up to 25 linear feet), standard electrical connection, and standard condensate drainage.
Not Included
Additional indoor head units or multi-zone configurations; line set runs exceeding 25 linear feet; structural modifications, electrical panel upgrades, or other work required for code compliance or safe installation.
9. Installation Scheduling
- All installation dates will be determined solely by Rodenhiser Home Services.
- Rodenhiser will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the homeowner's availability; however, the final installation date shall be set by Rodenhiser and is final and not subject to change.
- Failure to accommodate the scheduled installation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. Entrants Who Purchase Before Their Drawing
In the event an entrant purchases and contracts for the installation of a new heating system from Rodenhiser Home Services, matching their entry group, after submitting a valid sweepstakes entry but prior to the applicable monthly drawing, and that entrant is later selected as a winner, the winner will be eligible to receive a refund of the cost of the qualifying equipment and standard installation, up to the Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize for the entrant's system type, as listed in Section 7. The entrant must have submitted a sweepstakes entry before agreeing to and contracting for the new system installation. The contracted installation must have occurred before the date of the drawing in which their name is selected. Rodenhiser Home Services will verify entry timestamp, contract timestamp, and installation records.
11. General Conditions
- Rodenhiser Home Services' decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
- Rodenhiser Home Services reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
- By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the use of their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize received.
- This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
