Conserve Water at Home: Use Less and Save More
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, on average, the daily consumption of water in U.S. homes is approximately 100 gallons per person. Also, hot water flowing from a faucet for five minutes uses the same amount of energy as a 60-watt light bulb burning for 14 hours. Needless to say, finding ways to conserve water at home is cost effective and energy efficient.
